Alpha Kappa Psi is hosting a Garbage Bag Drive this week in anticipation of the home football game on Saturday.
We will be collecting both boxes of clear bags, for recyclable items, and opaque bags for food waste to distribute to tailgaters on Saturday. The idea is to educate fans about UGA's established waste management system and to make recycling more accessible to our tailgaters.How You Can Help
Pick up an extra box of trash bags while you're out grocery shopping this week, and visit an AKPsi garbage bag donation center:ALL WEEK, donations can be placed in bins on the front porch of the AKPsi house, located on the corner of Baxter St. and Milledge Ave (Directions).
FRIDAY, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, visit the AKPsi bag donation center at the Tate Center Plaza
ANYTIME, make a monetary donation and we'll use your contribution to purchase clear bags for recyclable items.
